Current position: head of the Laboratory of hydrometallurgical processes ICCT SB RAS
The Fields of Scientific Interest the processes of opening the rare metal raw material, extraction and separation of elements with similar properties. A new class of extraction processes was proposed - binary extraction (together with the corresponding member RAS Khol'kin AI). The general patterns of extraction of acids and salts by binary extractants - salts of organic acids and bases were analyzed. The redox reactions in the extraction of cobalt and copper by oksioksims and alkilditiofphosphate acids were investigated. CH-hydrogen bonds in systems with salts of amines were detected and performed researches by TMR method. Also the peculiarities of chemical reactions in terms of finding reagents and reaction products in two liquid phases (aqueous and organic) were analyzed. Technological processes of extracting bromine and lithium from natural waters and brines were developed. A complex of studies on the dissection of rare metal ores Tomtorskoe (Yakutia) and Chuktukonskoe (Krasnoyarsk Territory) fields and extraction of niobium, rare earths and other elements in commercial products was made.
